Survivor Support Programs
The Blue Light Alliance Survivor Support Programs.
Clear guidance. Real advocacy. A path through the chaos.
Blue Light Alliance supports survivors of abuse, trauma, and legal system misuse by providing trauma-informed guidance and connection to trusted resources. We know how isolating legal abuse can be — and no one should have to navigate it alone.
What We Offer Right Now:
- Trauma-informed listening sessions (virtual) to help survivors understand their options and next steps.
- Resource navigation including referrals to crisis services, mental health support, and legal information sources.
- Education on legal abuse and how to document patterns of coercion, retaliation, or misuse of the courts.
What We Are Building:
- A volunteer network of attorneys who provide guidance on civilian, criminal, and family court issues where survivors cannot access traditional legal aid.
- A peer advocate program led by trained staff and volunteers with lived experience.
- A fund for emergency legal needs to help survivors facing urgent hearings or filings.
